Magic Rock is an independent distribution agency whose mission is to create e-commerce transaction platforms, marketing and operation management software tools, and business services that powers independent distribution by artists and direct-to-consumer distribution by product manufacturers.  Magic Rock clients include filmmakers, musicians, authors, educational products for both children and adults, and many other content-based product categories.  Magic Rock’s clients have successfully distributed their products to over a hundred-thousand consumers using the Internet and the world wide web.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, the entrepreneurial team that founded the company has extensive knowledge in web 2.0 and e-commerce software development, product procurement and manufacturing, and high-volume B2B & B2C order fulfillment.  Magic Rock offers vertical transactional platforms based on categories.  These e-commerce transaction platforms are married to a 30,000 square feet, state-of-art fulfillment facility, to vertically manage clients’ back-end operations under one roof.
